Understanging globalization in turm of having come up with enofe sorcess to satisfied incrising need and demand for product and service.Once any product or service is invented and sucessfuly establise profitable business there are few way to improve that perticular product or service and expand the market for groth oppotrunity. Improving profit margine by improving product or service and expanding market sare is better way to improving profit compare to cutting cost.

Social security may or may not be fix befor 2008 now but people will start saving for their own retirepment realising that it's not good idia to depend on social security or pention or goverment program those do get change with time and one can be left with not much help if changes come at time when there is not much time left to correct and improve for individual need.

Having more flexibility in ira or roth ira and indivitual contributin and be added or substitute for private retiment plan. Flexibily in contribution can be added in roth ira for 5 year past or advance contribution. Routh IRA is one form of private retirement account today and it can communicate more individual to involve and have benefit individual contribution for future growth.

Medicare and medicade may have been created for better health for seniars but it's cost is have a real financial sqeez on goverment spending going forward. One solution will be getting controll over rising medical and prisciption cost. I do have a feeling some of medical expense are influated just because of people not knowing about it and no one to looking after the expence.

Undestanding migration or immigration and it's mutual contribution and it's effect on safety; security; economy; future; and it's long turm solution for having this influx of resorcies to manage. Ever since america has been discove and created it's immigration or say migration that has discove and criated and perfacted this grate amirica today and we all proude of that. Now the same migration and immigration have been quastion about it's impact on present time and futuer safety; security; economy; stable and storng freedom loving progress.

Quastion is not it's good or bad it's quastion of masering and managing it to get best out of situation. One can spend all time and resorces to masure; manage; control or stop migration and it's impact-influance on safety; security; economy; community; cities; states in the futuer or one can welcome it manage it and get best out of it.

Possible sujjetion; recomandation; solution can be we need to know one does not need to be feared or thretend. No one can performe it's best when individuals; Family; corporation or community are put in stress situation.
